Which Fallsview room suits your Victoria Falls stay?

Fallsview Guest House has 12 rooms in three categories: standard twin and double rooms, a two-bedroom family room, and a self-catering unit. Which one suits you comes down to three questions: how many of you are travelling, whether you want to cook, and how long you're staying.
This guide goes through each option using the details we can confirm today, so you know what to expect and what to ask when you get in touch.

Standard twin and double rooms, for two
Our standard rooms sleep two and each has a private bathroom, Netflix and a tea and coffee station. They suit couples, friends and solo travellers who plan to spend their days at the Falls and on activities, and want a clean, quiet room to come back to.
Standard rooms are set up either as a double or as twin beds. Tell us which you'd prefer when you enquire and we'll confirm what's available for your dates.

The family room, for up to four
The family room has two bedrooms and a kitchenette, and sleeps up to four. It works well for parents travelling with children, or for friends who want their own bedrooms while staying together on one booking.
The kitchenette is there for simple meals and snacks. Breakfast is included on B&B rates, and our restaurant serves meals too. Family room rates are quoted separately, so send us your dates and the number of adults and children. See the family room
The self-catering unit, for cooking and longer stays
The self-catering unit has a full kitchen, a separate lounge and a private patio, and sleeps two to three guests. It suits travellers who like to prepare their own meals, and anyone staying long enough to want a little more space.

Getting here and parking
We're at 930 Aerodrome Road, Victoria Falls. By car it's about 8 minutes to the Victoria Falls entrance, 10 minutes to the town centre and craft market, and 20 minutes to Victoria Falls International Airport.
If you're driving, your car stays in our secure parking inside the gate. If you're flying in or crossing a border, we offer free airport and border transfers on request. Confirm your pickup point and time with us before you travel. Directions and arrival information
Common questions about staying in a guest house
A guest house is smaller and more personal than a hotel. Fallsview has 12 rooms, is run by a family, and you deal with the same people from your first message to check-out. Here's how that works in practice.
- Bathrooms: each standard room has its own private bathroom. Ask us about the bathroom layout in the family room and self-catering unit.
- Kitchens: the family room has a kitchenette and the self-catering unit has a full kitchen. Standard rooms have a tea and coffee station.
- Towels and linen: fresh linen and towels come with every room.
- Food: breakfast is included on bed and breakfast (B&B) rates, our restaurant serves meals, and there is a braai area.
- Guest house or B&B? Both, in a way. We're a guest house, and our standard double rooms are offered on a B&B rate.
- Swimming pool: ours is under construction and not open to guests yet.
